From a single stone oven to nationwide delivery
Crust Geo Australia began in 2018 in a compact Melbourne kitchen with one goal: bring stone-baked quality to delivery-first dining. We scaled with technology, recipe discipline, and local partnerships rather than shortcuts.
Today we operate a network of micro-kitchens across Australian cities. Our teams follow HACCP-aligned SOPs, and procurement is focused on Australian-milled flour, dairy from regional farms, and herbs grown with sustainable methods.
